Originally from the Baltimore-Washington area, we moved to Hatteras Island in the spring of 1991. We are licensed real estate brokers who consistently produce multi-million dollar sales results, and we are recognized as one of the most innovative marketing teams on the island.
Throughout the years, we have striven to set the standard for the practice of real estate. We are the authors of Your Personal Guide To Hatteras Island Real Estate, the first book devoted exclusively to the Hatteras Island real estate market. In addition, we wrote a monthly real estate article for the Hatteras Monitor magazine from the early 1990s until 2004, and we began writing articles for the Island Breeze newspaper in August 2005.
To serve our clients in the best possible manner, we have made professional education one of our core business values. We are Charter Members of the Worldwide Recreation & Resort Sales Council and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. We have successfully completed the Recreation and Resort Specialist (RRS) training course; the Luxury Home Marketing course; we are Graduates of the Realtor Institute (GRI); and, we are graduates of the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) program, a professional designation held by only about 4% of REALTORS® nationwide, reflecting a commitment to provide the highest quality of specialized services in the field of buyer representation.
Technology is playing an increasingly important role in real estate marketing. We have been designated Allen F. Hainge CyberStars™, an elite group of real estate professionals with demonstrated outstanding ability in production, using today’s technology in their marketing efforts, and a willingness to share their discoveries and ideas with others.
